I returned from another lovely trip to Europe but have been playing catchup ever since. Of course, I shot many photos, a selection of which I hope to post here. But for now, here is a single photo taken at sundown from the platform midway up the Eiffel Tower. I loved the design of the brass and silver telescope which really evoked a sense of the Victorian era to my mind. Looking across the City of Lights as the sunset was like looking across civilized time.
