Ignite Your Creativity Interview
I’m flattered to have been featured on Belinda (McGrath) Witzenhausen’s websites IgniteYourCreativity.wordpress.com and BelindaWitzenhausen.com. As a very creative person herself, an artist, writer and photographer Belinda asked a number of challenging questions, which have hard to encapsulate with short answers. The arts are like that. Sometimes art is intellectual, sometimes emotional and most often a combination of both: all of which can be slippery to cut into digestible reading. I hope you’ll let me know how you think I did and hop over and give the interview a read and while you’re there, take advantage of a lot of great images and essays that Belinda is generous enough to share with no strings attached.
With tongue in cheek, I could have just gone with this quote:
As my artist’s statement explains, my work is utterly incomprehensible and is therefore full of deep significance.
